Master your time,
Maximise your impact

Helping founders and teams rethink their relationship with time - through ideas, conversations and practical frameworks that make work feel calmer, clearer and more sustainable.

Hello, I’m Sarah.

I help people get more time for the things that really matter.

For most founders and teams, the challenge isn’t ambition or ideas.

It’s that the way work is structured behind the scenes makes everything feel overwhelming.

Through keynote speaking, writing and conversations, I explore how better systems, clearer priorities and more intentional use of time can change the way we work, and the way we live.

Because when time is used well, everything shifts.

My work sits at the intersection of:

practical project management

intentional time management

 systems that
support real life

sustainable
leadership

These ideas show up through my speaking, podcast and writing — helping founders and teams create calmer, more focused ways of working.

Keynote Speaking

I speak to founder communities, leadership teams and organisations about how we can design our time more intentionally.

My talks combine real-life stories, practical frameworks and a fresh perspective on productivity — helping audiences rethink how they work, lead and prioritise.

The goal isn’t to do more.

It’s to create the structure that allows the space for the things that really matter.

Own Your Time

My podcast explores how founders and leaders can build businesses that support their lives — not consume them.

Through honest conversations, practical insights and reflections on intentional working, each episode looks at how we can use our time more thoughtfully.

    Meet Sarah

Across 17 years in project management, I’ve built a reputation for bringing clarity, structure and calm to complex work. Today, I use that experience to help founders and teams rethink their relationship with time.

Over the years I’ve helped hundreds of people reclaim their time through speaking, workshops and practical frameworks for working more intentionally.

My perspective on time is also deeply personal, as I lost my mum to cancer as a teenager. I’m a single mum of two, a dog mum, a decaf coffee lover and endlessly passionate about Scotland. I’ve built my business while navigating life with Crohn’s Disease, which has taught me first-hand that time and energy are precious resources.

Because success shouldn’t come at the cost of your life.

    My mission is simple:

to help people design their time more consciously so they can live and lead with intention.
