My work is all about helping founders and teams create more space in the way they work.
Through thoughtful systems, clear priorities and practical project management, I help businesses run more smoothly and sustainably.
Because when work is structured well, everything feels lighter and people can focus on what truly matters.
My work is shared across two connected parts of the business.
Project Manage Your Life is where you’ll find my consulting work, workshops, courses and training programmes focused on project management and practical systems for everyday life and business.

Here on Sarah Stewart Ltd, you’ll find my keynote speaking, my podcast Own Your Time, and my email newsletter Time Management Dispensary.
Both sit under the same mission:
helping people design their time more intentionally and build systems that support the life they want to live.
My Background
I’ve spent over 17 years working in project management, including serving as Senior Director of Global Program Management in the pharmaceutical industry, where I led global cross-functional teams delivering complex initiatives.
Today I continue to work at a strategic level as a Fractional SVP of Project Management, supporting organisations that need senior project leadership without a full-time hire.
Alongside this work, I partner with founders, small teams and growing organisations to bring clarity to their operations, strengthen how projects are delivered and create systems that make work feel more manageable and sustainable.
The goal is simple:
Reclaim time for what truly matters.
My Approach
My approach is practical, calm and tailored to the individual or business.
I don’t believe in rigid systems or one-size-fits-all productivity frameworks. The best solutions are the ones that actually work in the reality of your day-to-day life.
Clients often tell me the biggest shift isn’t just better systems, it’s how they feel.
✔️ More organised.
✔️ More focused.
✔️ More in control of their time.
✔️ More present; able to fully focus whilst at work (and at play).
My passion for intentional time use and sustainable working practices is rooted in personal experience.
After losing my mum to cancer as a teenager, I developed a strong awareness that our time is limited and precious, both at work and at home. When I’m not helping businesses run more smoothly, you’ll find me out adventuring in my campervan or leading mindfulness sessions at my local hospice.

Mission
Because your time should mean more.
I help ambitious founders reclaim their time and lead with intention through simple systems, values-led strategy and operational support.
With more space, they can focus on what truly matters like creating impact that ripples through their teams, families and communities.
Because when founders aren’t overwhelmed by the everyday:
they can think bigger
they can lead better
and they can build businesses that serve more than the bottom line.
vision
Time as a tool for change.
My vision is a business world where founders aren’t stuck in the weeds because their operations work, their time is protected and their energy goes to what actually matters.
A world where sustainable growth doesn’t come at the cost of health, family or integrity.
A world where time is no longer a source of stress, but a tool for change.
Where founders have the space to lead well, rest often and use their time to create meaningful impact at home, in their business and in their communities.
I believe that when time is used intentionally and systems are solid, business becomes a tool for impact, not just income.
