About me.

I help people get more time for the things that really matter.

Before becoming a Conscious Time Management Coach, I worked for 14 years in project management roles in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as Senior Director of Global Program Management.

I have always been known professionally for my organisational and time management skills. I have supported my teams over the years to manage themselves and their time too. This has led to more productive teams as well as calmer and happier individuals within their roles.

Through my workshops and individual support, I have now helped hundreds of people change their relationship with time, increasing what I call “peaceful productivity” and gaining more time in the process.

Why work with me?

  • Feel more in control of your time

  • Procrastinate less

  • Be more organised

  • Be present to fully focus whilst at work (and at play)

My passion for making the best use of our time and for being present in each moment comes from losing my mum to cancer as a teenager, and an awareness that our time is limited and precious both at work and at home. I use the time I have gained outside of my work to have adventures in my campervan and to volunteer at a Hospice where I run mindfulness meditations for out-patients.

“[Philosophers] make it clear that the core challenge of managing our limited time isn’t about how to get everything done - that’s never going to happen - but how to decide most wisely what not to do, and how to feel at peace about not doing it.”
