keynote speaking
Time is your most precious resource.
Are you using it intentionally?
in a world that constantly tells us to do more, move faster and squeeze every last minute out of the day, it’s no wonder so many people feel overwhelmed, exhausted and stretched too thin.
But time management isn’t about cramming more into your schedule.
It’s about designing your time intentionally so the things that truly matter actually have space to exist.
As a time and project management expert, I speak to audiences about rethinking their relationship with time and aligning their daily actions with their values, priorities and vision.
My talks blend real-life stories, practical strategies and a dose of humour. My goal is to help people move from constant firefighting to a more focused, sustainable way of working.
Whether I’m speaking to a room full of founders juggling every role in their business, or corporate teams navigating the pressures of modern work, the aim is always the same:
To spark meaningful change in how people manage their time, energy and priorities… for real life.
What Audiences Walk Away With
After my talks, people often leave feeling:
Empowered
they can design their time intentionally
Relieved
they don’t need to do more to be effective
Motivated
to experiment with practical changes straight away
Inspired
to rethink how they work and live
They also walk away with simple tools they can start using straight away… from protecting focused time to creating systems that reduce overwhelm and help the important things breathe.
hey, I’m sarah
I’m not your typical productivity speaker.
My work with time and systems started long before I launched my business.
I completed my PhD before moving into the corporate pharmaceutical industry, where I spent 14 years working in project management and operations. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for structure, strategy and well-designed systems but it also showed me how easily work can take over our lives if we’re not intentional about how we design our time.
Five years ago, I stepped into business myself. Since then, I’ve worked with founders and teams to bring more clarity, structure and sustainability to the way they work while also continuing to consult within the corporate pharmaceutical sector.
Across both worlds, the thread has always been the same: helping people move from chaos and constant firefighting to a calmer, more intentional way of working.
I’ve now supported hundreds of people in redefining their relationship with time, helping them build systems that create space for what truly matters.
My perspective on time is also shaped by personal experience. I lost my mum to cancer as a teenager, which gave me a very early awareness that our time is precious — both at work and in life.
It’s a big part of why I care so deeply about helping people use their time intentionally.
I’ve spoken on stages including Stylist Live in London and appeared on numerous podcasts, and I’m passionate about delivering talks that are both practical and thought-provoking — the kind that leave people looking at their time (and their priorities) a little differently.
When I’m not working with founders and teams, you’ll often find me adventuring in my campervan or leading mindfulness sessions at my local hospice.
