Get in touch.

Got a question? Curious about working together? Or just want to say hello? I’d love to hear from you.

Whether you're here to explore working together, discuss a sponsorship opportunity, or share your love of cinnamon buns (I rate mine soft in the middle, slightly crisp on top), this is the place to reach out.

A few things to know before you hit send:

I keep my work slow and intentional.

That means I don’t live in my inbox - and you won’t find me replying at midnight. I check messages during working hours (Monday to Friday) and aim to respond within a few business days. If I’m deep in client work, it might take a little longer. Thanks for your patience.

Email is best.

While I love a good DM as much as the next person, I don’t manage business communications on social media. If you’d like a proper response, the form below (or emailing me directly) is your best bet.

A few popular reasons people get in touch:

  • You’re interested in working together and want to share a bit about your business

  • You’d like to explore a brand partnership or sponsorship

  • You have a podcast or media invitation

  • You’re just popping in to say “hi” or “thank you” (which always makes my day)

You can fill in the form below, or email me directly at hello@sarahstewart.co.uk.

No bots, just a real human (me) who values meaningful connection - and strong boundaries.

I have always been known professionally for my organisational and time management skills over my 17 years of project management experience.

Through my workshops and individual support I have now helped hundreds of people address their relationship with time, increasing what I call ‘peaceful productivity’ and gaining more time in the process.

I’m a single mum of two, a dog mum, a (decaf) coffee lover, passionate about all things Scotland and I love to dream big!

I’ve been able to reclaim my time whilst running a successful business, navigating life with Crohn’s Disease and being present for my kids.

My mission is to guide and inspire people to cultivate conscious time management practices that lead to intentional living and sustainable success.
