Why is time management important?

It’s the foundation that will allow you to achieve your goals, both professionally and personally.

What is conscious time management coaching?
It’s personalised coaching that helps individuals develop a mindful and intentional approach to managing their time. It focuses on raising awareness of one's priorities, values, and energy levels to optimise productivity, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellbeing.

What type of people do you work with?
I work with busy professionals, solopreneurs and everything in between! Many of my clients are juggling their work with family and/or caring responsibilities.
What my clients share in common is wanting to have a successful career/business that works best for them and their unique circumstances.

What results can you guarantee?
None.
I can guarantee that I will be ‘all in’ and will be bringing my experience, knowledge and resources to the table.
What matters is your attitude, and for you to also be ‘all in’.

That you show up for yourself - be willing to do the work, be present in this journey together and move forward at whatever pace works best for you.

Do you work with teams rather than individuals?
Yes, I also work with teams within a workplace. My programme Project Manage Your Life is suitable for workplaces, and I also offer bespoke one-off workshops.. If you are responsible for a team and would like to have a conversation about how I could support your workplace, please get in touch.

One-to-one mentoring FAQ

How long does the mentoring last?
We will have 6 x 60 minute Zoom calls across a 3 month period.
This allows sufficient time for new habits to be embedded and sustainable change to take place.

Will there be replays of our sessions available?
If you would like our calls to be recorded, that can be arranged. After each session you will receive a follow-up email outlining what we discussed as well as details of the actions that were agreed. I will also be sharing with you templates, trainings and other resources.

Is there support available outside of our calls?
Yes. We’ll have a check-in via email or WhatsApp between sessions.
