Corporate time management.

“This programme gives you the mechanics for winning at life in an accessible, pragmatic, bespoke way which respects your wellbeing, priorities, values and resources.”

Are your employees distracted and unfocused whilst at work, and is it affecting your team’s productivity?

If an unproductive workforce is costing your company money (only 1 in 4 people believe they are consistently productive at work!), have you considered conscious time management?

Instead of piling more work on people and hoping for the best, I can help improve employee wellbeing and morale, creating a healthy work/life balance and reducing stress levels. By focusing on your people’s needs and giving them effective time management tools, you can have an empowered team that thrives.

Building good habits for an empowered team.

Are you committed to your team’s wellbeing and want employees to be happy at work? Are you facing challenges with productivity and you don’t know how to resolve them?

If your team is distracted and there never seems to be enough hours in the day, poor time management could be the main issue. Working on these skills is the best kind of personal development - making all elements of productivity easier.

With an increasing blur between work life and home life, it’s becoming harder for employers to look after their people, and even harder for employees to switch off. By understanding your team’s tendencies, you can work towards a happier and more productive team. But you need some guidance to get there… and don’t know where to start.

Introducing conscious time management for the workplace… a programme designed for teams. By learning the best way to support your people, everyone will have the right tools to do their job well - with a smile on their face. When you focus on not only productivity but also wellbeing, your whole team benefits from boosted morale, resulting in people that love what they do and feel proud to be part of your company.

Emma Dempsey -

“Sarah delivered a Conscious Time Management workshop to a group of business owners as part of a programme I was running. Her style is clear and professional and she brings a groundedness to the workshop so everyone is relaxed and ready to learn. Her years of experience in project management are evident. She shares the tools she has developed in a way that can be utilised straight after the workshop. I recommend these workshops and Sarah to organisations that value their people and want to to support them to be their best.”

What does the programme include?

Bringing together traditional time management techniques and principles alongside holistic and mindful practices, the programme includes:

6 weeks of time management + mindfulness

Each week the group will participate in 1 x 90 minute workshop as per the curriculum below.

Sessions can be delivered via Zoom or in-person (Central Scotland).

Maximum number of attendees per group: 20

The curriculum

  • People spend half their waking hours thinking about something other than what they are actually doing. In this session, we will introduce mindfulness and uncover our core values.

  • Attendees will closely track their time for a week; this exercise is typically very insightful and on analysis of the data attendees will begin to recognise areas they could change to improve the way they invest their time, both professionally and personally.

  • How to prioritise what is important, both professionally and personally, as well as using to-do lists and calendar management

  • A lot of time is wasted due to cluttered environments; not just physical spaces such as the workplace or home, but also digital environments and also our brains. Clutter drains our cognitive resources and reduce our ability to focus.

  • Simple organisation and systems that can be implemented at the workplace and at home to create more time.

  • Mindful consumption includes nutrition, caffeine, alcohol which can impact energy levels and productivity, but also media and technology which can prove to be big distractions in the workplace and at home.

About me.

Before becoming a Conscious Time Management Coach, I worked for 14 years in project management roles in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as Senior Director of Global Program Management.

I have always been known professionally for my organisational and time management skills. I have supported my teams over the years to manage themselves and their time too. This has led to more productive teams as well as calmer and happier individuals within their roles.

Through my workshops and individual support I have now helped hundreds of people change their relationship with time, increasing what I call “peaceful productivity” and gaining more time in the process.

People and organisations work with me as they want to feel more in control of their time, to procrastinate less, to be more organised on a daily basis and more present to fully focus whilst at work (and at play).

My passion for making the best use of our time and for being present in each moment comes from losing my mum to cancer as a teenager, and an awareness that our time is limited and precious both at work and at home.

I use the time I have gained outside of my work to have adventures in my campervan and to volunteer at a Hospice where I run mindfulness meditations for out-patients.
