If your team is distracted and there never seems to be enough hours in the day, poor time management could be the main issue. Working on these skills is the best kind of personal development - making all elements of productivity easier.
With an increasing blur between work life and home life, it’s becoming harder for employers to look after their people, and even harder for employees to switch off. By understanding your team’s tendencies, you can work towards a happier and more productive team. But you need some guidance to get there… and don’t know where to start.
Introducing conscious time management for the workplace… a programme designed for teams. By learning the best way to support your people, everyone will have the right tools to do their job well - with a smile on their face. When you focus on not only productivity but also wellbeing, your whole team benefits from boosted morale, resulting in people that love what they do and feel proud to be part of your company.

“Sarah delivered a Conscious Time Management workshop to a group of business owners as part of a programme I was running. Her style is clear and professional and she brings a groundedness to the workshop so everyone is relaxed and ready to learn. Her years of experience in project management are evident. She shares the tools she has developed in a way that can be utilised straight after the workshop. I recommend these workshops and Sarah to organisations that value their people and want to to support them to be their best.”

-
Attendees will explore and understand different approaches to prioritise their workload.
-
Attendees will learn how to effectively plan their day, week and month in advance using time blocking. Task management and to-do lists will also be covered.
-
A lot of time is wasted due to cluttered environments; not just physical spaces such as the workplace or home, but also digital environments and also our brains. Clutter drains our cognitive resources and reduce our ability to focus.

About Sarah.
Sarah Stewart is a Business Operations + Productivity Consultant with over 17 years of project management experience, most recently as Senior Director of Global Program Management in the pharmaceutical industry.
With a background leading global cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives under pressure, Sarah brings a rare blend of strategic clarity and human-first execution to every engagement. Her specialty lies in helping founders, small teams and growing businesses untangle operational overwhelm and build streamlined, scalable systems that support both performance and wellbeing.
Today, Sarah partners with purpose-driven business owners and teams to improve how they plan, deliver and lead. Whether she’s refining internal operations, building out PMO frameworks or implementing smarter workflows, her goal is always the same: to reduce friction, increase focus and help her clients reclaim their time for what truly matters.
Sarah’s approach is practical, calm and deeply personalised. She’s known for helping others feel more in control of their day-to-day, make better use of their resources, and lead with confidence - without resorting to rigid systems or one-size-fits-all solutions.
Her passion for intentional time use and sustainable working practices is rooted in personal experience. After losing her mum to cancer as a teenager, Sarah developed a strong awareness that our time is limited and precious, both at work and at home.
When she’s not helping businesses run more smoothly, you’ll find her out adventuring in her campervan or leading mindfulness sessions at her local hospice.
