one-to-one time management coaching

Are you feeling overwhelmed, struggling to keep up with all the things you’re juggling?

Do you wish there were just more hours in the day?

If you are ready to bring more simplicity, freedom and ease into your work and life, then this is your invitation to a 6 month coaching package with me.

My belief is that managing our time does not have to be difficult (it can be fun!), and that it is possible to be productive with peace and ease. Weaving mindfulness into the time management space helps us to bring intention to how we invest our time, and allows us to be in the present moment - - to truly appreciate the time that we have.

What my clients say.

“My life feels full, I am full of gratitude, and am now consciously aware of the core areas of my life that are important to me. I am able to protect them and nurture them above all else. I learnt the importance of putting my core values first, having boundaries to help me live my very best life. I will be forever thankful that our paths crossed and would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a life coach.”

“I really value the conversations with Sarah, as a small business owner moving from a completely different corporate career the discussion, advice and mentoring has been invaluable to me. It's something that I will continue to do as I progress and develop my business going forward when I need that experienced sounding board and guidance.”

“I have followed Sarah for a while now and have always been very impressed by her clarity of vision and how she successfully incorporates her values into her daily life. Sarah is extremely productive and I loved hearing how she achieves this by using systems to organise, plan and automate her personal and business life. Sarah shares her wisdom in a very sincere, warm and encouraging way.”

It doesn’t have to be this way…

I have heard from so many of you who struggle to stay on top of your to-do lists and manage your schedule, that life feels chaotic and you’re overwhelmed.

There is a ton of information out there on time management… countless hacks to save you precious minutes in your day, or software and apps that promise to be your productivity powerhouse.

But, I haven’t seen much that links time management with mindfulness (two of my favourite subjects!!).

My belief is that managing our time does not have to be difficult (it can be fun!), and that it is possible to be productive with peace and ease. Weaving mindfulness into the time management space helps us to bring intention to how we invest our time, and allows us to be in the present moment - - to truly appreciate the time that we have.

Hi! I’m Sarah.

I’m a time management coach and mindfulness practitioner.

I haven’t always been a coach - - my background is actually pharmacy (I even have a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences!). I worked for 14 years in corporate roles in the pharmaceutical industry, in the area of project & program management.

In my most recent organisation, I joined as a Project Manager responsible for client projects at the Glasgow site, and when I left 6 years later I was a Senior Director of Global Program Management with teams of project managers across Europe and America. Systems, processes & organisation are my jam!

In the free time that I have carved out each week, I volunteer at the local Prince and Princess of Wales hospice (pictured here). I run mindfulness and meditation sessions for the out patient visitors at the Living Well Hub.

Why work with me as your coach?

When it comes to time management, I’ve got the goods! I have 15 years of corporate project management experience; organisation, systems & processes are my jam! I talk the talk, but importantly I also walk the walk!

I am a certified life coach, through training that I completed with Mindful Talent in 2021 (N.B. life coaching is not regulated, and not all coaches are certified). I have worked with coaches on and off for 20 years, and continue to do so; I've invested thousands of pounds on my own personal development.

My clients tell me that I’m friendly, warm and sincere. I will challenge you; but in a good way. I’ll help hold you accountable and will be cheering you on throughout.

You can click the button below to book an introductory call with me; no pressure - just a chance for us to meet and have a conversation.
